Do the brands and retailers I work with pay?
No. Brands, retailers and distributors you invite join free and see their own slice of the shared calendar. Only the workspace running the programs pays.
Why are team members unlimited?
Pricing by seat punishes you for adding the manager who keeps shifts filled. We price on the size of your ambassador bench and client list instead.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing breaks mid-season. Your billing page shows where you stand, and when you're consistently over we'll suggest the next plan.
How does the free trial work?
14 days with everything in Endcap switched on. No card needed to start. Pick a plan when you're ready.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Change plans or cancel any time from the billing portal. Yearly billing gets you two months free.
